I was doing a project and was confused with some of the measurements then I needed alternatives because it was way more expensive than I expected. The worker not only helped me figure out what I needed, he walked with me to help at each department. I left with all of my supplies and even made my budget.

Superior sales service from the floor agent when looking for a specific item for my home. It is a great product, but unfortunately, it did not meet my needs. With the receipt, I returned the item and was met with understanding and no questions asked. Great job, Lowes, with your staff. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. I liked customer service better than the item I purchased.

My visit here to Lowe's was great nice clean store stocked to the utmost employees were very knowledgeable and respectful will definitely be going back regularly

Store is ran poorly unfortunately. The Associates don't practice consistent policy with all consumers. Staff is rude an unprofessional. Associate in hard ware insisted that a DeWalt drill box was fine even though there was damage to the box still trying to sell it . Bathrooms are dirty most of the time. Reported these issues to the Store manager he defended his Associates an corporate office did nothing either. Save your money an go to home depot.

The self checkout is helpful and efficient. Only problem with the store is most of the staff can't help or answer any questions.
