My family was on our way home to Maryland from our vacation in Myrtle Beach on 09/13/24 when we had a car issue on 95 and had to pull to the side of the road. We sat with the engine off for 30 minutes and googled nearby garages/service stations that were open on a Saturday. I found Honda of Roanoke Rapids (my car happens to be a Honda) and saw that their service department was open until 2. We were able to get there at around 1pm in hopes that they could help us. Indeed they did! They worked past closing time and did the needed repair. We were able to finish the rest of our drive home with no issues. I am beyond thankful and grateful for everyone there that day. I would highly recommend this amazing service department! 100 stars!

Mr. Kevin Williams a great person. The walk through to the car shop was nice. He took much time explaining the process and took us for a test drive. He made follow ups and had us ready to have our new car home. I admire his dedication.

**Avoid This Dealership at All Costs – Dishonest, Poor Service, and Possibly Racist**
I am writing this review to warn everyone about the horrible experience we had with Honda Of Roanoke Rapids. We purchased a truck from them, only to find out later that the truck is faulty. Before we purchased the truck we asked if there was anything wrong with the truck previously, we were assured that there was nothing wrong with it. However, after the purchase driving the truck home, the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership within less than 24hrs. Only to be informed that the truck had undergone significant work before we bought it—something that the dealership conveniently failed to mention. It turns out that parts were changed, and they completely hid this from us during the purchase process. This is not only dishonest but downright unethical.
To make matters worse, the customer service I received was atrocious. When I tried to address these issues with the dealership, I was met with dismissive attitudes and blatant disrespect. The communication was so poor that it seemed like they were trying to avoid responsibility at every turn.
What really disturbs me is that I suspect there might be some racial bias in how they treat certain customers. Management was incredibly unhelpful and rude, and it’s hard not to think that race played a part in how I was treated compared to others.
I urge anyone considering doing business with Honda Of Roanoke Rapids to look elsewhere. They are not to be trusted, and they do not care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that actually values honesty and integrity.
Stay away from this company if you value your time, money, and dignity.
SIDENoTe: I have attached supporting documents, these are all the work that was done on the truck previously, that no one in management "supposedly" wasn't made aware of. The Truck was purchased in July!

We are upset because you sold us a faulty vehicle that has been sitting in your service center for almost 3 weeks. Reading is fundamental and I can see your reading skills aren't so great. Of course it's y'all responsibility to fix a vehicle that was sold to us that's faulty. The vehicle been there for almost 3 weeks and still have not been fix. You have yet to deny any claims that y'all sold us a vehicle that's messed up, that you and your company was made aware of. How about you get off the internet, and fix our vehicle. We owe y'all nothing, what y'all did was fraudulent and or scamming. Sold us a vehicle under misrepresentation, when we asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle previously. Who you think have time to come your dealership every four to 5 days? I hope any customer planning to purchase any vehicle from your company will do their research and see my reviews along with the shitty excuse and poor services y'all provide. I had an awesome experience with Honda of Roanoke Rapids! Dushun Draughan was an outstanding Sales Advisor who listened and made sure that my CR-V was everything I requested. I took my time in deciding what I wanted and when I wanted to move on the actual purchase. There was absolutely no pressure. Dushun, Wayne, the General Manager, and CJ, the Finance Manager, all worked to make this a wonderful customer experience! I highly recommend this dealership and working with these individuals!!!

Service calls still going to a private number when calling the main line. If you choose service it rings through several times until it’s connected to the private number who does not work for Honda.

I used to love this dealership. I still love the car servicing area. Sales department has changed a lot. In 2021 I got my first big girl purchase with David which no longer works there, a brand new Honda which I have serviced there ever since. I had a great experience till today and have recommended this place a lot and thinking that I would purchase all future cars there. Today I went in to get my car appraised and they just simply told me they will not do it. I call two dealerships within 5 minutes and both places told me that they will do it for me. Honda in Roanoke Rapids lost me as a client.

Worst experience ever had at a dealership. You post a price online and different prices onsite. $4000 different. How it is possible. Email the seller, never got back to me just because i told him that I had the price online

Everyone from sales to finance was wonderful here. Deshaun, CJ, and the sales manager were all friendly and great to work with. We drove an hour and a half to visit this dealership and have absolutely no regrets! Would recommend to anyone, if you’re considering this dealership! Go visit them! They’ll treat you right!
