Under the previous management I had zero problems. The transition was horrible and I suffered as a result of the poor communication on behalf of the new owners. They have hiked the price up. I'll be glad when I no longer require their service.

500bc North AmeRican here. America just lost another business to foreigners. Foreigners are not keeping my expensive belongings.They added insurance, they added steep late fees and they took a 60 dollar small storage and made it a 95 dollar one with no renovations. That's like the slum landlords from India that make no new repairs, but want more rent. I believe in capitalism but not for foreigners to make American lives harder. They can expect me to pay the balance and close it out.
I'm in my hometown, Philadelphia, to vote Republican. He's not picking Vivek for VP. And he's bringing jobs back to Americans. We have India screwing US over there and here. Thanks new management for ruining affordability in the reasonable South. It's not the fee. It's the rate hike. Idf with Netflix lol ?

This business is the rudest business I ever did business with... after my fiancé moves her things. We will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!! She is rude .. and no matter how nice you talk to her... she’s really hard to deal with.. keep in mind I have never complain on a review before. And we actually own a successful trucking company....I assured her no one was trying to hold money. We just wanted to understand what we was paying for... ultimately we hope that other businesses in this area are not like this!!!! I hope I saved someone a headache dealing with this business .. Everyone have a great day.
