Purchased a new 2025 Camry XSE from them a week ago and had a great experience. I came from the Triangle Area because they had a supersonic red one with the red seats that is hard to find right now and at a very good price. Negotiation process was easy going and in Finance they did not pressure you to buy add ons you don’t need like the big dealerships in the major metropolitan areas. Miles was a great sales rep and everyone at the dealership was great to work with. Small town dealers take care of you and it’s worth the drive to buy here. Highly recommend buying from Roanoke Rapids Toyota!

Our car started having serious problems about 6 hours into our trip from Maryland to Tybee Island Georgia. Fortunately for us we were 20 miles from Roanoke Rapids NC and this Toyota dealership and service center. We called and they said to bring it in. The team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable (including our pup) and our car was serviced right away! Two hours later we were back on the road! Cannot thank Greg, Stella, Sam and Frank for their amazing customer service, generosity and southern hospitality!!

I got a paper in the mail with a chance to win prizes. It showed I won $5,000, then I got to this dealership and told me that it's only a chance to win $5,000 and I have to draw an envelope. Ended up with $5. Watch out for this scam. They're obviously desperate to get people to this dump of a dealership, but to intentionally scam your customers is just proof that the ownership/management don't know how to run a business. When I'm ready to buy a vehicle, this will be the last place that'll get my money.

This dealership and it's people really care about their customers. I came to Dale Locklear, really desperate for a car. I had no money to put down, a trade in worth very little, and their flyer from the mail. He took that, went to Jeff Hoots, and between them made an early birthday miracle happen. Super customer service. Gave me ride home and delivered my car to the house when the work was complete. Slight hiccup compensated for with a tank of gas. I plan to use them for all my future repair needs on both of my Toyotas.

I had an appointment for an oil change for my vehicle. The young lady ask if I wanted to rotate my tires as well and I informed her I had just purchased tires and that would not be necessary. I arrived a few minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and was checked in and was directed to the waiting room. There were several individuals in the waiting room. I overheard several individuals complaing She returned againtheir wait time. After an hour and half the lady came back an indicated that I needed break pads and inquired if I wanted to make an appointment to have them installed. I again informed that I had recently had purchased new tires and had my breaks inspected a was informed that everything was ok. I only wanted the oil changed. She informed me that my vehicle was not ready but would return when it was complete. She returned again in forty five minutes and informed me that my vehicle was ready. On the way home I noticed that the reminder sticker in the upper left hand side of the windshield had been removed but the service mechanic had not removed the glue from the windshield nor a new reminder sticker placed on the windshield. I called back and she offered her apology and I informed her that was not necessary and that I had merely called to remind her merchanic to be mindful of that in the future. I have had problems in the past with the service department in the past and have made the department aware of my disappointments. I realize that this dealership has had numerous turnovers in ownership and personnel in the past several years but things do not seem to be getting better. I have purchased three vehicles since 2013 at this location but the service there leaves a lot to be desired. I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Sequoia at Leith Toyota in Raleigh , NC. and will continue to do business there in the future.
