I walked in... no hello or acknowledgement from anyone. I found what I was looking for and walked to the register. Still, no one spoke. There was a self checkout where the cashier used to be, so I checked myself out. No bags. I asked if I could have one, which I was given and told, "Ok... have a good day." That shouldn't be your first interaction with a customer! I will be sure to go to Advance or O'Reillys next time!

Willie, a nice gentleman that works there is amazing! I rushed in late at last minute. Described my problem. He knew exactly what the problem was. Told me what I needed and how to fix it. Gave me temp solution until part became available. He showed kindness during a very stressful situation. He's much appreciated.

My car battery died in a nearby parking lot. After a jump I was able to get it to Autozone. It was on the very late side, but they got the battery changed out quickly. We wouldn’t have been able to continue our travel without this and would have been stranded. Thanks so much, Vick!!

I shop here regularly,this experience is not typical however I feel the need to express what I saw tonight. There was a younger guy working with a customer they were finishing up.The other employee finishied up with a customer 2 customers in line he leaves us waiting to interfere with the other employees customer (there didn't seem to be any issue,the young man didn't need assistance)The older employee seemed to be going out of his way to prolong this customers order being processed. I watched as the customer grew more frustrated.The employee was so rude to him made him start the order over at a new computer making smart comments under his breath and had an evil looking smrik when the guys back was turned. I felt so bad for the customer.They ended up having words as the customer realized that it was intentional..... I wanted to say something because I know the employee was out of line and someone that didn't see it would think the customer was overreacting.The employee was attempting to call this man outside to fight. all while we are still waiting to get service 20 min later I finally get checked out as I then have to listen to him brag about how he would make sure this man wouldn't be able to shop here as if the customer did something wrong....This guy there Willie, he has an arrogant type of attitude anyway but he was way out of line with this customer tonight.
