My friend took his car here. Billy was very unprofessional and did not return phone calls after having his car for almost 2 months. Charged him $4,000.00 and has yet to return his car or phone calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They did not make any effort to provide him coverage for a rental.

I took my vehicle to these guys to have it fixed. After telling thgem that i thought the problem was the transmission, they told me that my problem was the engine and had it sent it to the brother that owns a shop down the road. This guy charged me $5,300.00 and said he was replacing the engine but after taking it to another machanic because of the same thing happened a month later I found out that the engine was original and had never been replaced. the crook was so grimy when i asked him for the old engine back he say's he sent it to where he got the engine from for coil fee. Charges will be filed for both crooks.Services: Transmission

Run! $80 for diagnosis and was simply told that transmission would go out in about 10,000 miles, no reference to the diagnostic code or possible repairs.Not repairing a problem and waiting till a complete rebuild is needed is advice, bad, bad, advice.Took car out of town have full written diagnosis, repair options, and estimate TO AVOID NEEDING TO REBUILD.

They had my vehicle in their possession for 6 hours short of 3 weeks and never looked at it. Instead I was repeatedly strung along regarding WHEN they'd actually look at it. I called them on the day they claimed it would be looked at every single time and was told it would be another 3 days. My vehicle never moved from where it was on the first day. I finally went to them in person to ask about the issue and was told it's because a mechanic was sick. I told them I'd soon pick up my vehicle. 2 Business days later I’d arrived to take my vehicle to another shop and at that point they claimed they were just about to look at it. I was so done by this point, they lost out on $2,400. A professional thing to do would have been to call me to inform me of delays. I always waited until nearly the end of the day to call, so there was obviously no intention to call me. I moved my car Edwards Brothers Transmission and they looked at it on the same day within 4 hours and also called to inform me. A shop with a phone that makes outgoing calls.. I was amazed!
