This store is never ever open 24 hours . It closes for 45 minutes between every shift change and every night at 11:00 they lock the doors and if you have some inside information, you’ll know to go to the side window and bang on it and if you’re lucky the cashier will wake up or maybe someone will come out from the back if you wait long enough . But if you stand at the front door they will literally stare at you . The lottery closes early, but at different times depending on who is working. doors sometimes lock at 12 midnight , sometimes 11:00 and I have seen them close at 10:15 . Owners really do not care one bit about this store . waste of money!!

Feeling generous and tossing them 2 stars and that’s 4 more than they deserve. Part of being a “convenience” store is leaving the sidewalk and coming inside to ring out the long line of customers. Or leaving the party in the office to ring out the long line. Having the audacity to hang a tip jar would be funny if the young lady didn’t actually expect a tip for offering more attitude than gratitude. The current morning crew is the worst in the history of the store.

Went into the store today to play the lottery and was told the other guy was running the tickets started to go to the other line and the same guy asked another gentleman if he wanted to play the lottery to come on he eventually got my tickets for me but this really pissed me off i won't go back.

The worst service ever. I waited 15 minutes to buy my stuff and she walked out with her phone and her black & mild. So i didn't get to buy the things i was wanting.

Stopped by this morning on the way to work to get a drink, door was locked so I went to the window. No one even tried to see what I wanted, kitchen person looked my way but no action guy that was inside was asleep at a table. After five minutes I just left. I won't be going back

Ever since they reopened its has been a nightmare. Poor customer service at the food area. Very small portion sizes. Low quality food taste. I come back periodically to see if there are any improvements but everytime I’m left with disappointment, smh.

Deli employee always talking about other employees and very rude her name is Kaitlynn i seen on name tag in deli there store at times is nasty and needs more better customer service people in there there's a few that are very nice but most of deli people are rude rolling eyes ETC....

Store is back open and is amazing! Defiently reccomend. But they don't have kitchen meals for dinner despite them being called "dinner meals".
