We had EXCELLENT service given by Stephanie and Brandon today. I would like to compliment them on making us feel comfortable as customers, being knowledgeable as support personnel and being human in their interactions. By far the best Verizon experience I’ve had to date. Thanks guys!

I brought two Trac Phones in and the agent Brandon was able to sell me two phones. For whatever reason Trac phone numbers and stuff didn’t want to transfer. Brandon was amazing, dedicated and persistent to help me transfer to Verizon. Not only do I recommend Brandon, but whole team at Richlands Verizon. I give 10 stars!
