I recently had the pleasure of using Richlands Mini Storage during my move, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Charles and the rest of the staff are absolutely delightful. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly helpful and attentive.
Charles took the time to understand my storage needs and helped me pick the perfect unit size. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what I needed during a hectic move.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I felt confident that my belongings were in good hands. I highly recommend Richlands Mini Storage to anyone in need of storage solutions. Exceptional service and friendly staff make all the difference!

Was a affordable and convenient but our things upon leaving were filled with rodent feces and roaches and other bugs if you plan on storing your valuables their make sure they are in sealable plastic bins .

If I could give this place, no stars, I would do not bring your personal things here absolutely do not. They are in with the auctioneer and they try to sell your items. Even if you pay they try to double it up and make it late fees. this is the worst place as a store facility I have ever seen. The lady in the office is very rude she bare she cusses and is very disrespectful to all her customers. I would never recommend this place to anybody at all like I said, if I could give them negative stars, I would the worst place on earth in the Merchandise there in with Vicky, the auctioneer and they take people stuff and sell it they believe they get more money out of that. They don’t care about your personal property and who you are and what you have there just rude Don Christian people do not take your things there if you love your stuff take them somewhere else business they should be close down

I don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from... they must be by friends and family. All I have to say is, be very very careful! These people are watching your stuff. When you sign your rental agreement, it states that if you get 6 months behind, your stuff will be auctioned off. NOT TRUE! If these people think you have something valuable to gain from, they will try to shut you down and auction off your possessions at only 2 months behind. The transmission on my car went bad and so then I had to find a new vehicle to buy. I only got 2 months behind and got a letter in the mail notifying me that my storage will be advertised and auctioned within the month. I questioned them on their integrity of the agreement and all I got was some mumbo-jumbo about my payment history. Who cares? You've been paid! But I realized thats just their excuse to try and legally rob you..I'll be getting my stuff out within the week and will never use this place again. Becareful, You've been warned! ⚠️

Love having a unit with Richlands Mini Storage! Employees are kind and courteous. Facilities are well kept. I pay for climate controlled units and have been using RMS off and on since 2015. Prices are reasonable. If you need a unit, check the website daily as their availability often changes from day to day. I was able to snag the unit I wanted by diligently checking the website. Seamless process when you initiate a contract. Love that I can make online payments. When I first had a unit with RMS online payment was not available then. Excellent storage facility and nice folks to work with in the office.

I only wanted to say a sentence on a phone call and was interrupted repeatedly. I did not have an attitude as I was told, however the lady on the phone did. This is a shame, as normally those in the office are kind. I do not understand how I have paid on time and send double payment and am being charged late fees. Interesting that I am paying my bill, yet being charged fees. Very unfortunate how your speak to your paying customers. Thank you as well for hanging up on me.
