10/10 Recommend! My Pomeranian had to have dental surgery for the 1st time (I think I was more nervous than her), and they made the process so easy going! They called me right after surgery to let me know how she did, and called to check in on her the next day too! They also have the sweetest staff ever, who will answer any questions/needs you have! Highly recommend!!!?

Ideal has always taken care of my fur babies. We used to live in Richlands, and moved toward Verona area and still use this vet. Yes, it’s a drive, but well worth it. The entire staff is kind, caring, and very knowledgable. Thank you from the Dickey family and Luna, Cookie, Daisy, and our angel kitty, Whiskers, who we unfortunately lost last year!

Updated review 5/31/24. We're still going to Ideal pet care and I wish I could give them 100/5 stars. We now see Dr Brinson and she loves my dogs, is so sweet and thorough and absolutely has just been the best with all my questions and concerns. The front desk staff is all incredible and every vet tech we've had goes above and beyond with a smile on their face and love in their heart for my babies.
Dr Wright is amazing and cares so much and Kaylee is one of the sweetest people I've came across. We will be sad to leave Ideal Pet Care when the military moves us again. 10/10 would recommend.

Ideal Pet Care was terrific. I went on the wrong day and because my husband has stage 4 cancer and I can't leave him alone they saw my puppy and gave him his shot and sent me back home ?. I thought that was super and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Ideal Pet.
