Called to price a washer just now and he just hangs up the phone. I’ll keep coming back to give my review no matter how many times he deletes it.

We purchased a used washer dryer set from them and they came and set it up for us. Absolutely perfect customer service and installation. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Use these guys over the big stores and you will save money and save your time. Thank you JR and staff for a flawless experience!

Bradley was very rude as we were looking for a washer and dryer, he was not helpful so we went somewhere else, when we told him we went somewhere else he got an attitude. Would not recommend this place of business, would highly recommend anyone go anywhere else.

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Earlier this year, I convinced my 21 year old niece that buying her own used mobile home was the most economical choice. She set out to purchase her own home and we ran into Andrew Jr. What a mistake! Andrew was extremely deceptive and flat out lied at times. So he was selling the single wide 2 doors too the right of his appliance store. He was selling the home WHILE his daughter lived there. It's very hard to inspect a home while clutter is in every corner (clutter in this case is a full home of furniture with limited walking space). For this reason, I accompanied my niece on this inspection and asked numerous important questions. My very first question, asked through messenger and verbally the day of the inspection— Are there any soft spots throughout the trailer? His response, via messenger and verbally was "all subfloor been replaced" (exactly as he typed it).Second question, when I noticed water spots on the ceiling, was "Are there any leaks?" His response was "there was a leak but we fixed the leaks". To be thorough, for a time such as this, I rephrased the question. I asked "So there are no leaks at this time and all leaks have been fixed?" He replied yes.A third question at some point, "Are there any known issues with the trailer", to which he responded no. He is unbelievably dishonest. At this point, I walked outside to text my niece to speak with her and advise her privately. I had already discussed in front of sellers that she would need to repair the holes in the ceilings from leaks and replace the kitchen cabinets which were in ill repair. I felt bad discussing a person's current living situation right in front of them, so I thought it was best to go to the car so that I could speak freely with my niece about repairs, what could and could not be cleaned, etc.She decided that since the subfloors had all been replaced and because there were no leaks, she would buy. She asked when the daughter would be out and was told by Monday (it was Thursday the day we inspected). The daughter said that wasn't enough time, but Andrew insisted it would be Monday because he had enough workers to pack her up and move her, so my niece paid cash. Fast forward to Monday and daughter was not out. Communicating with Andrew since the day of payment has been very unpleasant. Polite before the sale, but curt and rude afterwards. The first day that it rained under my niece's possession, she had to place a trash can under a leak to catch the pour. I really despise a liar. This was not a drip and you couldn't miss it.Once she finally got the home inspected and got electricity, she noticed a short in the electrical wiring. We didn't ask about wiring, but he certainly didn't disclose. She also noticed the appliances that came with the trailer (sold by a man that sells appliances) didn't all work. The stove and the dryer in particular, however she was able to get the refrigerator fixed.I was disgusted when she told me there was NO FLOOR under the carpet in the closet near the hot water heater (filled with clothes and shoes on inspection day) and weak spots in the kids' bedroom floor, especially since he told me "all subfloor been replaced".Andrew has zero integrity. I messaged him and told him about the things we've discovered and told him my niece hopes to work things out between simply him and her. He replied "you bought as is".Say less, we'll see him in court.

Sells broken appliances. The power button didn't work on the dryer I bought, the sensor was bad so I couldn't hook it up to the vent. Run from this place. Anyone giving 5 stars is his family/friends.
