“Check in was smooth and went quickly. I was upgraded to an SUV and the rental lot was a quick walk away. The return was not quick or easy as the employee was totally incompetent. It took 20 minutes and I was already signed out and the only person in line. Overall I had a good experience but maybe Avis needs to do a better job of vetting their employees.”

“Arrived late at night. Tim was manning the counter all by himself and took care of a long line of customers. Tim was friendly and helpful, even helping me get through a credit card issue. He was running low on vehicles, but held one for me while we worked through the credit card stuff. I really appreciated it. The only complaint I have is that this is the first time I have ever received an unclean rental vehicle. It was difficult to assess any prior damage because of how much dirt was still on the vehicle, and the inside floor mats were also very dirty.”

“Airport rental offices are usually very difficult to deal with but Devonna made our experience amazing, she really went the extra mile and made sure that we had exactly the vehicle we needed and was so polite and courteous! It’s a small office without a lot of options but the customer service more than made up for that.”
