Big Value has become a local inconvenience. I had a script called in by my Dr on a Thurs afternoon. My daughter's meds were called in that Friday about noonish. It's 530 Fri evening. I stop in to pick up just my meds. My daughter's were being picked earlier. To my surprise, my meds are not ready after 24 hours. Mind you, my daughter's were ready and picked up in less than four hours. The excuse I was given was they were really busy the day before and all that day. But not busy enough to be able to fill my kids meds. I was told they weren't busy at that time her meds were filled. The old lady pharmacist has no personality or customer service skills. She is supposed to be doing a service for customers. Not give customers excuses as to why they have wait even longer. No, I was not nice at when given excuse after excuse. Local businesses have screwed me over enough around here.

Pharmacists are knowledgeable and very nice. Prices on prescriptions are reasonable and quickly filled.
