“I've been to this shop quite a few times and they've never done me wrong. I've had oil changes, brake replacements, tire replacements and coolant work done here and it's always done as expected. Only had to wait for a couple of hours one time and it was due to me buying the wrong parts. The prices are always good and I always recommend this shop as a mechanic before I recommend anyone else. Their used tires for me have never been more than $30/tire (and mine are 225/60R18 so they're slightly beefy but the ones they put on ALWAYS have generous amounts of tread) and they always try to get me in and out ASAP. Once, I called less than a hour to closing because my center splash shield was falling off due to the intense rain storm and rain puddles that stuck around after and I couldn't think of anywhere else to go. Took me in 15 minutes to close, got me out in less than 5 and only charged me $10. Definitely give the shop a try before you go somewhere else and also make sure to call ahead. The quote given is the "worst case scenario" quote and I've only had that happen to me once during coolant work so it wasn't that much of a surprise and even then, it was still less than expected.”

“I had gone to a different place in Jacksonville, for an oil change. That place told me that my brakes were bad and I needed roters. Luckily, I didn't have time, to get that done that day. I had bought my car from my mom and later on, she had told me that she had not long ago, put brakes on my car, right before I had bought it from her.

So, I decided on my day off that I would go to Sander's in Richlands, because, they are closer to where I live. Plus, I know these people that run this store.

They looked at my brakes and told me that they are fine, I don't need brakes right now and that I could wait until my next oil change.

“Jim is a very fair and honest mechanic he was the only mechanic to correctly diagnose the problem with my Honda Civic being stuck in limp mode and he worked hard to correct the issue by checking all wiring and sensors for correct outputs and replacing the ECM on my car. They tried helping me troubleshoot the issue over the phone first, in an attempt to save me money. First sign these are honest people! This morning, on the 26th, I got the truck towed to them. They maintained excellent communication with me, kept me in the loop the entire way, with no non-sense! My entire family is extremely grateful and impressed at their disposition to help us with such short notice. It’s 4:30pm and I received a text, followed by a call informing me that the repairs are complete. They even fixed a brake light that was out for about a week.
