Deviccio noticed as I was vacuuming my car that the exterior had a few spots that weren’t satisfactory and offered to wipe the whole exterior of the car free from any marks the actual car wash may have missed. He was extremely pleasant and that should be recognized!”

“For small regular size cars it COSTS 160 for shampoo/wash on interior. They do carpets, floors, seats, and ceilings. It's an additional 25 dollars to just get a wash on the outside. They do waxing as well. Lady I spoke with on the phone said it would be about 250 in total if I added on a waxing service on the outside. It would take around an hour/hour and a half for just interior and wash. I imagine the wax would be around 2 hours.”
“After the review I had left I finally received a call from Green Clean .. The manager wanted to meet with me to go over my claim .. After reviewing the tapes and looking at my vehicle I realized that I had made a huge mistake .. My vehicle was already damaged before I had entered their machine .. So I owe them a huge apology .. So sorry guy’s for jumping the gun & blaming y’all .. I didn’t realize the damage had already been done previously .. Thanks for taking time out to over my claim I really appreciate it .. Sometimes in life one must eat their words and apologize for their actions .. I hope y’all can accept my apologies ??”
