I was at the pharmacy on 3-6-24 at about 5:00pm. The new little guy in the pharmacy is the most rude, inconsiderate person I have encountered in years! I was there for over an hour. And talk to as if I was inconveniencing him. He was disrespectful. He refused to help me with any discount that might be available. My medication was $500. He refused to check out all my items. The employee next to him did check my items after the lady behind me made comments about being treated bad the day before by the same little guy. I have used CVS for years and years, but I will not return until he is gone!

Most highly expensive store I’ve ever been to even with the CVS Extra Care Pass I still ended up paying the full price just to get my baby a bit cream it’s ridiculous the Care Pass should be able to drop the price down a bit that’s the whole purpose of signing up for a Care Pass to make it more manageable shopping for baby products that is a necessity for babies especially shopping for diapers I will never shop here again unless it is my last resort I don’t recommend for low income or middle income familys to shop here Walgreens takes better care of their customers than CVS by far.

We just love shopping at the Richfield CVS. Everyone there is just so helpful. Manager, assistant manager, pharmacists, and the rest of the staff are just super!

Went in with my prior Months prescription bottle to find out if they carry the generic brand I always get to compare prices.The Pharmacist said they don't give out that information.She is literally the very first pharmacist that has ever told me that.I wondered why it looks like CVS is on the verge of going out of business now I understand.What do we do just have our DR send it there and hope it's not the ones that make me sick.UNBELIEVABLE well hopefully she is more reasonable if she finds another job because that's not the way things are done

When I go in CVS in Richfield I always have someone say hello to me. The manager is top notch.

I went in on 8/24/21 at 9:15am to drop off a prepaid package and the front cashier did not say good morning, hello, thank you, good-bye, nothing through the whole transaction!! She did not even look at me! It is unacceptable for someone who is the interface between a company and its customers to act this way, not even acknowledging another human! So shame on you Richfield, CVS! Either help this young lady with her people skills or put her in the back stock room where it won't matter if she refuses to show the courtesy due other humans. Thank you for your attention. David

The pharmacy computer system keeps calling for refills on meds several years old. I have to call them almost everyday to stop them. The people are nice, but hate that system. I have no prescriptions on auto-refill. Very annoying.

Website lists a hiring status if currently hiring, they are not. Nice and clean store, though organization is apparently lacking in management regarding website upkeep.

I'm giving 5 stars because 99.9% of my visits to the CVS pharmacy have been positive. Between my husband and i, we are prescribed some expensive meds; when my husband was not covered by insurance the staff in Richfield helped us by finding coupons for discounted meds. They have been nothing but courteous and friendly. That being said, today's visit (10/7/2018) was totally different. The listed hours that are posted through a Google search for the pharmacy were incorrect and I arrived at 7 minutes before closing. The pharmacist on duty was taking care of my transaction and when I told her the listed hours for the pharmacy on Sunday was 6pm, she nastily replied that they had not been open that late in over a year. Ok, I'm sure I'm not the only one in the last 12+ months that has looked it up. Then when the CVS app didn't work correctly, again she nastily told me I had 7 minutes to get my card from my vehicle to pay. There were others there that she also had an attitude with. I know we all have bad days so I'm still giving you guys 5 stars but do just think about how you're coming across to the customer.

I've picked up prescriptions here for a while, never had an issue. In and out very quickly every time, all I can ask for honestly.
