This bank has bad reviews I guess it just depends who you get when you go there when I went today the front desk lady was super nice and helped me with everything I needed no complaints

Arrived at bank at 4:50 pm to change my phone number so I could access my account Banker told me she would not help me because she was ready to go home I said Lady it's not time for you to go home this branch closes at 5 pm it's 4:50 she said well it's been 3 of us here all day we been busy and I want to go home. Thanks for amazing customer service.

This has to be the worst branch in the country. So slow and poorly managed. I’m very surprised senior management at WF allows this to continue to degrade.

Put my account into the negative for almost $1k for a couple weeks because I cashed a check from my national employer.I am unwilling to give them anymore of my business.Do better business.

Went in to notorize some documents. I was denied service. They wouldn't accept my FL Real ID drivers license or my social security card as proof of identity. Not to mention answering all their account verification questions..... I know it's an small old town but y'all can do better.

Took $116...from my balance...No help explaining were it went....also don't cash a loan check from another lender....teller act like its her money u asking for....been with them since 2012...not one loan offer ....

I go to the bank daily at the location on Morehead st. I am a little tired of every day they make a new rule 10 yrs now and all of a sudden if I need change I must call to make a change order. 1st my company doesn’t need change every day and I only need MAYBE $100 or less when I do. Then they tell me the change is TOO HEAVY TO COME THROUGH THE DRAWER I BEEN SENDING IT AND RECIEVING IT THROUGH FOR YEARS . I don’t know what you all are doing but you are making it highly inconvenient and I will be looking to move my business acct along with my personal acts. Thank you Wells Fargo for all the many things you have done over the years yo make this decision final!
