Whoever this postman/mail carrier is, Very disrespectful to my family and I, he made a mistake by delivering someone else’s package to my address, I was not home at the time thank god for ring cameras, first he said he delivered it to my porch and then he said he stuffed it in the mailbox, gave the person whom the package was actually supposed to go to my name and address which is illegal that person then comes to my house harasses me as if I have the package calls the police, and they tell him to leave my property to call the post office, he does not finds me on FB and harasses me there, The post office sends out a supervisor to check for the package who was very nice but somehow between all the workers it got misconstrued that it was handed to a little boy at my house, another lie i have a son but he’s 16 so no toddler the way they made it seem, Unfortunately the postman came back, was very irate calling me liars and when asked did he give out my address he admits he did because he didn’t want things to escalate, even though things did he admitted that he did not deliver the package to my porch or my son and that he delivered it to the wrong place which I have on camera!! I called the supervisor and nothing has been done about it.

I love it!!! I use depop and when I sell my items I come here to mail them very easy to come here, ship them,then put the tracking number on depop and done I love it!! And all the workers are very nice!

Worst post office ever!! Vicki the supervisor is incompetent. The postmaster is never there. And then there’s Fabio you know the one with the curly hair that thinks he’s great that Miss delivers mail mr a$$ and he’s the union representative for this facility . The entire crew is incompetent!!

I’m only going to let one person in this office assist me from this day forward. He’s the nice one, if he’s not at work I’ll leave and come back another day. I’ve tried for years to be patient and understanding, but I’m tired of being treated badly by the workers. Worst customer service ever!

The post office was supposed to deliver my package today and then when it didn't show up it updated to say "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request". Well they sure didn't talk to me about my package. They must have just asked the employee if they felt like delivering and they didn't feel like doing their job.

Everyone we have worked with in the post office has been wonderful. It was easy to get an appointment for passports and when we started the process missing some paperwork they were patient and very nice. I hope the people of Reidsville appreciate the great post office and awesome staff they have here.

This is the first time i use the usps website. At first it was going great. Then i was offered some deals and i skipped the process it popped back up and the only option they had was to choose all and continue. I didnt want any of it. I feel lile inwas being force to take these coupons. This was a very frustrating experience. Ended up on the website for quite a while just to complete the form i had just paid for. Ended up filling out a whole car insurance form just to try and complete my change of address anf i dont even have a car... ridiculous
