Refused items presented for donation, clothes, dishes etc. Items good to fair condition but did need washing. You would assume cleaning would be a normal practice before placing items out for sale.

This goodwill has good items, but I think they are trying to make a killing. They are so high, one of the highest ones I have seen yet. An aluminum pot cost $19.99i have seen pictures up to $49.99. You can buy their household items that they think are gold, at the store brand new and cheaper. These items are being donated, they will make money regardless. It is called greed. Very, very high for a rural area like Reidsville. I see items on shelves for weeks, and some probably are sent to another store.

This Goodwill is in the same district as the Greensboro stores. That means the prices are higher than the Winston-Salem locations one example is hats. Hats at this Goodwill store are $2.99. Hats at the stores in Winston-Salem are $0.99. Some items in glassware are either broken or cracked. So I would suggest thorough inspection of items before purchasing.

Spend your hard earned monies elsewhere. I’ve visited this store on 5 different occasions, each visit was just filled with DRAMA. The staff here are unprofessional and rude. Twice now, I’ve seen the white employee (skinny female with glasses, seems managerial) threatened to call cops on customers. I have seen her point and tell other employees to “watch” particular customers. She also follows certain customers around the store, stalk them thru the clothes rack, secretly phone records customers, and stands guard at the door. WTH does she think people are trying to steal??? It’s a thrift store, the stuff is donated and resold for cheap. If you do decide to shop here, watch out for the “Goodwill Police” because she will creep around the store after you. Selection of items are fair, pricing is rising considering the economy, but there is no need to be this aggressive. I feel sorry for the customers she targets. For me, after experiencing this targeting behavior to myself and others, I won’t be going back or recommending this location. Hope this employee/woman sleeps good at night since she’s working very hard protecting Goodwill’s inventory. There’s other thrift stores to visit. Heck, drive to neighboring cities and visit their Goodwill. Don’t risk getting stereotyped and get threatened with the police called on you for just shopping as a black woman.

From my first impressions its an average goodwill store. Tons of cloths, not many mattresses or furniture type things.

The manager Brittney is rude and definitely thinks she owns the place. I won't be back and I'll make sure to let everyone else know how they treat people here.

Bought kids' books that were labeled .45, but I paid $1.49 each. The children's books are the same price as adults' books? These items are donations. Reidsville should be supporting children's literacy better than that, but also it just isn't logical.
