Salvation Army Family store has really changed for the better. The store is cleaner and more organized with more knowledgeable and helpful staff. The discounts are better, especially for seniors and veterans on certain days. I was really impressed at the changes this store has made.. I highly recommend stopping by for the wonderful savings the Reidsville Salvation Army Family Store has waiting for you.

Zero customer service. Spent 40 min in store and get to register bag my stuff hand my card that I already had out in front of me and she says cards are down. No apology nothing. No one told me when I walked in. So had to leave everything there. A lot of people don't have cash she could have atleast allerted people when they walk in. She just looked mean and annoyed bc I only had card. Never going back so rude also animal hair on all the clothes

It’s an ok store, but they put holes in all of their items with how they tag. I told the cashier they are ruining leather jackets, and any other delicate fabric, with how they place their tags in the middle of the sleeves. She said it was policy to put them there, but I’ve been to probably a dozen stores and none have ever tagged this way. Other stores tag in a seam or in the existing size tag inside the item. It’s a shame because some things I just had to put back because of the holes that were created.

Absolutely fantastic store. This is my #1 favorite thrift store in the area because I know that when I walk in, I’m going to come out with a cart full of treasures! I’m a re-seller, and I ALWAYS find great items to re-sell. I also always find a few things for myself! Employees are friendly, store is always well stocked. Love this place!!!

HORRIBLE daytime manager lady on Saturday January 22- 2022. She is not mentally capable of running a Salvation army. She had ZERO knowledge of what EXACTLY transpired but took the words of an elderly cashier.She literally told a lady customer on the phone right in front of me..."yes, this lady here has your purse and has been going through it". We got into a yelling confrontation while I was defending my character, she is literally crazy and should NOT be a store manager but only someone in the back. Thankfully the owner of the 800.00 COACH BAG WITH A WALLET FULL OF CASH AND CREDIT CARDS SHOWED UP and we explained EXACTLY what happened. But not before I tried flagging down three police officers!! How dare your store "manager" accuse me of going through that purse! She is REDICULOUS and should NOT have any authority at all. I actually would have given her the purse in the beginning but it was obvious with the way she approached me and her grammar she would not be responsible with something so important and valuable. If responsible manager replies to this review and you would like to speak further, say it and I will call the store. But she is a horrible and how dare she!
