I needed a storage unit so I jumped online and I was able to easily and seamlessly get my storage unit reserved with access that day all over the phone. It was great because I really needed it that day so I could I have a place for my business items. I also was there one day and my children had to use the bathroom (of course lol) and the lady there kindly let us use the bathroom. I have had a great experience!

Very helpful and kind. They even have the 5x10 space taped on the floor and can use that to show other sizes. 100% recommend.

Kortni has been so good to us! Very polite and easy to talk to. Thankfully she knows what she’s talking about and made picking a unit so easy for us. They even have temperature controlled units! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

So the lady at the front her name is ms. Jeannie She's very, Awesome, I first sat down with her. She taught me a new word pro. Snickety, I hope I spelled that But anyhow, when it come to looking at the units and showing me. Around she was very helpful going through the process of running a storage room from stor mark.... In reeds will offer freeway drive. I recommend them 5 stars all around the board. Come see here. She's amazing if you're having a bad day. Show brighten your day up. As she did mine.
Look forward to doing much business with them. Did I mention that she gave me a free gift? She gave me a free lock in. These locks are expensive in this store. If I were to buy it.

Idk who y’all have in charge, but whoever it is, those girls (and guy) at this facility need a raise!!! They are so sweet!!! My mama rented a unit and had some trouble knowing exactly how it worked and they explained it all so well and were extremely patient with her. I’ll be in myself to get a unit based on her experience alone!!

Service is great, units are clean and dry. I was able to rent additional units during a special so it’s super affordable. Jeannie is the office manager and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars!!!
