They could have easily turned me away, but instead they made calls and figured out a solution to the problem, saving me a major headache. Truly excellent customer service!”

The bald pharmacist, Shawn, lied about a medication not being in stock. A med that I've taken for years and have a history of filling at CVS. I knew something was wrong when I spoke with him in-person, so I had to confirm my suspicions a couple days later in order to get my prescription filled. I'm not sure why Shawn lied and why he feels he's righteous in his unjust decision making skills. All I'll say is the rest of the staff is incredible, especially Barry, but if you feel like Shawn is being dismissive, rude or dishonest, you're probably right. Please report incidents to CVS customer service immediately to hold him accountable for his actions!”

“The team at the Walmart Pharmacy in Reidsville work so very hard and deal with extremely rude customers with grace and professionalism. I know they care about me because they ask how I'm doing, greet me by my name, and are top notch at customer service! I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings by posting their names online, however, from the drop-off window, to the pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and cashiers, they are AMAZING! A+ in my book and I've been getting my medication their for years! The people who scored them a 1 star have problems being adults. The one person called a prescription "persecution" and the other one was too lazy to walk in but complained about the wait in the drive-thru. Really?”

“I've never been to a cleaner, friendlier, more inviting pharmacy. The pharmacist (Tripp) is top-notch: professional, knowledgeable, and last but not least, caring. Show me another pharmacist who genuinely cares about, and goes out of his way for, anyone who crosses his path. If you can't, fill your next Rx at Belmont Pharmacy.To the disgruntled individual, I'm willing to bet he didn't enjoy "dealing" with you, either, yet did so with class and dignity. Please do not deter others from excellent care. It is a disservice to humanity.”
