I came very close to closing time and ask for some extensive work. The staff dropped everything and helped me, regardless of the time. They had a pleasant attitude and were super efficient.

Home Trust Bank is so friendly and helpful. I love the alerts on Fraud activity on my account and when I am in the branch or drive through, they give me undivided attention and excellent customer service!

It has most always been a pleasure to visit and do business with the folks at the Reidsville branch office.The only downside of doing business at Home Trust is the fact there is no branch near me in Greensboro or Guilford County, none in Kernersville either. My closest branches are equally distant, Reidsville or Lexington.

I think this is one of the best bank around here ,the tellers and branch Manger seem to really care about their customers. So for you people that had bad service it's probably because you are aholes. It's probably better for the staff that yall change banks and make everyone's day better.

This is the worst bank in this town. These people are so disrespectful and rude !! The branch manager is prejudice and won’t speak and act like she can’t understand or comprehend what you are saying she’s ignorant. Two of the drive through tellers are ignorant and rude just like their manager Haley and the curly blond head woman !! I will not continue to bank here and I will make sure something be done about this situation !! You can take that to the bank !! Close your accounts here and go to another bank they are not worth dealing with !!

I was charged $3 and asked personal questions just to cash a $1,150 check that was written on this bank by a local business owner. My valid drivers license and fingerprint wasn’t enough?? I felt like a criminal walking back to my vehicle afterwards. It was totally rediculous for the teller to make me feel so small over such a small amount.
