Edit: Chris Shelton called me extremely concerned by the actions that unfolded over the last 3 weeks and made sure to follow up multiple times with answers and solutions. He was adamant about fixing the root of the problems and even addressing employee training if needed. Hopefully Chris stands by his word and this is an isolated incident.
Bought my car from Logan and since then zero communication with my issues. Pretty much had to harass Josh to figure out when my car would be registered. Then had to pay to register my car even though I paid the dealership for this! Have been trying to get this resolved since 8/9 between Sandra and Josh, but get nothing except when Josh hung up on me when I was trying to explain the situation. Josh calls this past Saturday oh he handled it and they should’ve contacted me, but of course they hadn’t. He assures me he will contact them again and get back with me….5 days later still nothing. This is pathetic and an absolute shitshow Josh and Sandra.

I recently purchased a 3500 HD Chevy from Impex Chevrolet in Reidsville. Sam and Chris went over and beyond on getting me this vehicle. I was first going to trade in my 2008 Chevy, the first offer was not to my liking and they came back with a better offer. I end up selling my truck before coming to purchase this one. Long story short, I appreciate their time and willingness to make sure I was happy and to get me in this truck. First time buyer from here buy I will gladly recommend them to other friends.

Don’t try calling after you’ve purchased a car. They are completely useless at calling you back or even following through with anything. You would think they’d want to keep customers coming back for Service and parts well after purchasing the vehicle, but unfortunately it seems like all they want to do is sell you a vehicle and never deal with you again. I had a very poor experience and would not recommend buying a vehicle from here.

Today I decided to make a decision for myself and to trade in a perfectly good 2018 for a new ride. Not because I had too but because of age related personal reasons. I had a five star experience with this dealership today. Trust me when I say that it takes a lot for me to be impressed by a dealership but they did. From the moment I got out of my car till I drove off with the new one, I knew that I was in the right place for my decision at the right time and had the right people working with me. Thanks Reggie, Joshua and the awesome lady in f&I that finished my paperwork. I felt like I had made 3 new friends. Thoughtful, professional, integrity and friendly. Impex can be proud of the way they represent your dealership.
Since originally posting this I have experienced the service and parts department. Service writer Bobby and all the others I came in connect with were professional, and a pleasure to be around. Friendly, personable and making sure that I was appreciated. Says a lot that a customer that was also in the customer lounge travels well over an hour,goes past other dealerships to have Impex be the one that he trusts to service his vehicle. Another that lives closer to Eden and Danville but chooses Impex service department.
At 70 years of age, I've seen many and can say that Impex dealership is top shelf.

Highly recommend the folks at Reidsville Impex. Brandon Canty went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle that was right for me—down to personally going to a sister dealership to pick up a car and bring it to my office. If you find yourself down there, ask for Mr. Canty!
