Arrived as ordered- sent as a gift & recipient was very happy she thought it was pretty. Not exactly like the picture and l thought a little slim for $76 including tax & delivery charges. I would use this company again-as I live out of town.

We had a terrible experience with this florist. We ordered a beautiful flower off the website for our grandmother's funeral. They didn't actually have the flowers shown on the website but said they would substitute it with a green plant. We inquired as to what the green plant would be. They said it would be a butterfly bush. Well, it was not a butterfly bush it was a very ugly plant with an awful haphazard ribbon. Originally they were advertising items they do not have, then they were very rude to us, then they lied about what they were going to give us, and when we asked them to deliver what they promised, they were rude once again. The Bob Adams Florist did all the other flowers for my grandmother's funeral, and they were absolutely gorgeous and the florists were very kind and pleasant in their communications. Please go to Bob Adams and save your money from a bad experience with Dabbs.

I must say I have never had any problems with Dabbs Florist and I order all the way from Pennsylvania and when they have finished with my order they always send me a picture of the arrangement and I am so happy and pleased . And I have even spoke to them by phone and never had one rude person and I will continue to call them to service when needed ….

To whom it may concern, I've never had the rudest experience that I just had at this location. I bought a corsage for the fathers daughter dance. The short haired women that checked me out was SUPER rude. The flowers I received were literally brown. I nicely asked if I could get a replacement and they rudely threw another flower at me. I will make it my marketing mission to locally let everyone aware of how horrible of service this was. However if they keep this type of service, they will do it on their own.

Rude customer service. Came in there to purchase a corsage for a dance tonight and the woman at the register was just rude and short with me. The flowers were brown and looked to be left out. I asked if I could get another one and she said “that’s just how they all look.” And offered no other help. I WILL NOT be coming back.

Abortion is the closest word I have to the arrangement I ordered for my wife for Valentine's Day. I ordered it on February first. Youd think they had plenty of time to get it right, huh? You'd be mistaken. it looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture I ordered. the few roses in it were already dying. Some stems were bent completely in half. While pulling out of my driveway to return the abortion I found a carnation laying on the pavement. Demanded my money back. They refunded me, but now I have no flowers to give my wife. never again!!
