They want allow you to talk to anyone over the phone anymore. They make you leave a voicemail. That's just wild in my opinion. I'm calling about my medication and it takes atleast an hour for them to call back smh. Guess I'm getting medication somewhere else from now on.

The bald pharmacist, Shawn, lied about a medication not being in stock. A med that I've taken for years and have a history of filling at CVS. I knew something was wrong when I spoke with him in-person, so I had to confirm my suspicions a couple days later in order to get my prescription filled. I'm not sure why Shawn lied and why he feels he's righteous in his unjust decision making skills. All I'll say is the rest of the staff is incredible, especially Barry, but if you feel like Shawn is being dismissive, rude or dishonest, you're probably right. Please report incidents to CVS customer service immediately to hold him accountable for his actions!

This CVS has great staff. They are very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend this CVS Pharmacy. I have been going here for many many years.

Two girls in pharmacy were obviously gossiping and being Hella rude behind their little counter as I was waiting. Never coming back.

I really enjoy my local CVS. I have been coming here for 5 years. Barry is always helpful and we always have a good conversation while he assist with my medications. I appreciate the staff at this CVS location!!

I had an appointment at CVS for a RSV injection and I needed to pick up a few other items. I arrived before my appointment so I could gather my needed items. I sat in the vaccination area and the pharmacist asked if I am M*******. He explained the shot to me and told me the possible side-effects. I checked out quickly and left. Easy peasy!

CVS I reidsville is great the ppl that work there are so sweet the lady that rings you up and gives you your meds knows almost everyone by name by there face.

Moved to Reidsville and transferred meds, Shawn the pharmacist was rude and unhelpful! The absolute worst pharmacy I have encountered. Noted that no one had informed me that medication not available nor that physician office failed to give diagnosis code for insurance approval. Talked with Shawn who told me that it was not his job to call me nor was it his job to call physician to discuss insurance code was not provided. So what is his job as a pharmacist! Poor patient care . Do not use this pharmacy!

First time there since moving to Reidsville. Martin greeted me immediately and asked where to find something. A probably rare item! He found it after searching in the correct area. Then at the register he was so patient while I fuddled through trying to remember phone numbers for my card. Yay I remembered! He pointed out the coupon on the receipt which was nice also. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the store. I will go back!

Most of the employees are good, but it's not like other pharmacies. Very slow on refills, I think it would help to have a nicer store, with more employees. Something is wrong there with so many complaints.

The pharmacist here at this location will refuse to fill your prescription if it's called in from telehealth. Better to use another pharmacy.

Normally they are pretty good but here recently I have to stand in line forever. I’ll get text that a prescription is ready but when I arrive still not done. It’s a hit or miss here I think
