If zero stars were only an option. Canceled one if my lines after paying the bill on it.went to the store to find out why it was done and how without my authorization. Was told the girl at the desk " didn't know how to access accounts" and that the only thing she knows to tell me is wait til my bill is due and add another line. Refused to give me someone who knew how to do their job or a contact number to someone up. Was told the only thing she knew how to do was call 611.

The store was great but the service sucks. They changed my due date and I am disappointed with the service. I can't pick up calls hardly any where I go. The Internet sucks.

I made a deductible on a phone and Alma and Pedro helped me transfer my data and everything. Very very nice people!!

I've said before.. STUPID POLICY. YOU Will not let the paying customer do anything by phone BUT TAKE MONEY FOR THE BILL.... but they can come into the store and watch the sales rep call and do what you were trying to do from home...SO REDUNDANT.

My sister-in-law and I struggled to activate a phone that was not purchased at a Cricket store. After much struggle, the staff here managed to set her up. We were extremely grateful.

This is probably the best wireless store I’ve ever been in. Brittany was the employee who helped us and she was so friendly and was not pushy at all like most stores. She made the experience at this store great and this will always be my preferred cricket store. If every customer is treated the way we were, they will do great here.
