They are three racist white women that work in the store and I will never return to the store. They never acknowledged me or my mom and they acted like we were not in the store. Catos in Reidsville will be getting my business. They were not friendly to us at all and didn’t even speak and they all need to be terminated. This happened to us on 6/18/23 it is ashamed that colored people get treated like trash by caucasians.

I came into the store to pick up an online order on 10/07/2020 after 3pm. Both employees that were working were at the door and did not even acknowledge me as I walked right past them. I had my four year old with me who expressed she really had to use the restroom. Not only did the employee deny her to use their restroom, the cashier took her time with getting me my online, already paid for order for me to leave. My daughter and I had to run to the car and get to the nearest bathroom. No empathy. I will not return to this location even though I live in the area. I will pay the shipping to avoid going in. I would think you could excuse the not a public restroom rule for a four year old.

I am not from the area and just found out Cato was a thing. I have already gone into 4 locations and found the service to be fantastic! Affordable fashion with high end service. More please!

I found an admirable range of trendy and comfortable clothing, undergarments, shoes, handbags and jewelry for every size ranging from petite, to junior, women's and plus size. The staff were friendly, but it was difficult to get a fitting room because the cashier had the key and other customers needed to check out. I will likely shop there again soon.

Im asian, shopping at Cato in reidsville. It happened on 1/25/19 between 12p.m to 1:30p.m . I got accused of stealing their bracelets when i was the one in the fit room trying on clothes was on CLEARANCES day. THERE IS NO PROOF OF ME STEALING THEIR STUFFS, BUT SHE Came TO MY WORK PUBLIC PLACE Blashing me infront of many people in the shop. And how they ban us with no proof. They won't provide any footage of camera. And we already contacted authorities to help us with the case. We asking everyone to share this post to be aware of the racism that is still going on in society and myself is a victim. If she had proof she would stop me when I'm still in Cato properties, not coming over to my work place and tell me don't ever come back. That is not how things work. Please help me get justify and prove that she can't do that to me just because of my skin color. They owed me an opologized.
