The staff at this pharmacy went above and beyond when I showed up with an unusual predicament related to a prescription for my child. They could have easily turned me away, but instead they made calls and figured out a solution to the problem, saving me a major headache. Truly excellent customer service!

I have done business with CA for over 20 years when I moved to Rockingham County. They were literally the best of the best. Over the last few years I have watched them go to being one of the worst. All of the wonderful pharmacists jumped ship. Did they see a storm coming. Now there is literally ZERO percent to talking to a real person. I have stood in line watching 7-10 “techs” just standing around chit chatting. The pharmacist are no better, glancing around seeing the customers upset and doing nothing. Can’t find a parent company or the owner. Come out of the shadows and face the music to your crumbling pharmacy

I have been with this pharmacy for almost 13 years. In the past they were the best pharmacy I have ever seen. The Pharmacists were impeccable. The turnover with excellent staff has increased dramatically. I have always contacted them in a timely fashion taking everything in consideration. The first of the month I know is busy, when the doctor is involved, they blame everything on the doctor when I knew better. But, being lied to is it. I have called to place a future order and I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she told me they were all gone. I heard her counting pills and talking.

Emily was fast and very helpful. The new bagging system they have makes it much quicker to get checked out. Still my favorite locally owned pharmacy.

Recently I had tamiflu delivered for my 5yr old daughter. They sent unmixed powder and since it was right at closing on Fri they could not get anyone to me that night or over the weekend. As it happened it was already on last day doctor recommended starting the medication. I spoke with manager Beth Griffin and while she was sincere, she had no solution to offer. Had problems again today when received inadequate care at window and some of the girls inside were even snickering. When I complained directly to Beth Griffin and commented how much I have to repeat information I give them via phone and person and that they needed to get the staff in line on using their brains and having respect she simply said she would be happy to transfer my medication as she would not have me talking down about her staff... Definitely has gone down hill since I transferred here. I asked Beth to personally put in medications to be filled and have them delivered tomorrow since per the usual lately my Albuterol and cough pearls were still being worked on. Very slow lately. This will be the last medication order I fill here.

Have used this Apothecary for years and am sorry to say it has declined rapidly over the past year leaving many customers such as myself and family members ready to find a reliable pharmacy with capable staff!

This pharmacy has really declined. My father has been a customer here for over 5 years. I tried to keep his medicine here because he’s been here so long. 2times in last month I came to get medicine that had. Been called in days before only to find out it’s on it’s on back order and no one notified us. Then I come to pick up his pill pack which contains his heart medicine, medicine to control his heart rate, blood pressure medicine, fluid medicine and about 6 other medicines only to find out it’s not ready and so I have a heart patient without his medicines. This pharmacy sucks I don’t recommend them to noone

We switched to a different pharmacy because the insurance through my husband's new job recommends the pharmacy's they are affiliated with. Well I'm on a controlled pain medication and my Dr had already sent my prescriptions to Carolina Apothecary and they couldn't be transferred. So I called the pharmacy to get it filled and the girl pulled it up like always to confirm it was time to be filled and told me it would be ready in about an hour. So I go to pick it up and the pharmacist Brandon comes over to the counter and got very smart with me and told me he refused to fill a medication my Dr prescribed for me because I had switched pharmacies and said I needed to call my Dr and tell him to call my new pharmacy and give them my prescription. Everyone heard the way he talked to me and it was so embarrassing. He was very unprofessional
