Anyone who does or has had a 2 yr old in this Daycare, should be giving a 10/10! Mrs May is the best! Her and the other daycare workers around her, are to be commended and appreciated! Please, try and prove me wrong about the 2 yr old class....?

My son and daughter have attended Cambridge for several years. Yes, some staff are family and yes- they are close. But they have the same common goal. They love these babies that come into their doors. I have seen and experienced these positive interactions first hand for years! I have never once worried about my child’s wellbeing or if they are being attended to when I unfortunately have to work long hours. I will be forever grateful for Cambridge and I know my babes will be too. 10/10- wonderful, understanding, compassion staff! You are appreciated!

Crazy place be careful they will call cps on you !. This world getting crazy frfr cps getting called on the parents who actually take care of they kids ? make that make sense and case was closed as soon as it was open because I am a good mom always will be.

I just called the daycare to find out if they have spots available for 3 year olds and he told me that they didn’t have at the moment. Then I asked for the waiting list I told him it was very important and his response was: “I don’t have the waiting list in front of me, so you will have to call in a week”….. terrible customer service.

My daughter is 17 months and has been attending here since she was about 8 weeks old. My baby is one smart cookie and seems to be ahead in all of her milestones. She is also a social butterfly and loves to wave at everyone and say hi. I was worried about having to go back to work so soon after my maternity leave, but I feel that what my daughter has learned here at this daycare has helped her to be a well rounded little person. Especially, during these hard times through covid. I am happy that she is learning social skills, keeping to a learning schedule, and routine. I am also a first time mom and the staff has always been really helpful on giving me pointers and helping me adjust to my daughters new milestones. I feel I have learned just as much as my daughter! She has her favorites there and it makes me happy to see her smiling with her teachers there. I have never had any problems with payment issues and they actually helped give advice on how I can apply for the subsidy. As my daughter progresses into the scary "potty training" phase I know that Cambridge will give me advice on what I need to do and help her on her journey. Being a first time mom I'll take all the help I can get!

The lack of professionalism is completely disgusting, the Owner Susan AND her husband Chad have NO sense of decorum or tact. They don't know how to speak to people and definitely don't know how to take accountability when they're wrong. My son (7 mo) started going to this daycare the 3rd week of May, my god-siblings (5mo and 3yr)had been going there since the middle of April and I enrolled him there because there appeared to no reason not to. They get dropped off and picked up together however apparently due to us having vouchers there's a specified drop off and pick up time. The error on our end was not remembering that. HOWEVER that's no excuse to be demeaning and condescending and just outright RUDE to parents! It could've have been a simple reminder that these are rules set in place and they need to be followed. They wait until we told them that the following day would be their last as we are relocating and now have a set date of departure, and the husband went on a wild tangent and began naming all the instances where the babies were picked up late and he was just being nasty, My Godmom politely told him that she wouldn't be talked to that way and that they didn't have to stay if he felt that way, he rudely said fine and brought out their things and threw them on the table outside. He also denied my son from coming into the daycare due to his relationship to my Godmom. My Godmom then asked to speak to his wife (the owner) in hopes she'd be a voice of reason and rectify the situation and instead she came out being very condescending and backed up her husband's disrespect and in no way tried to make things better. All we wanted was an apology for their behavior and couldn't get it. But my Godmom told them she'd be reporting them, the owner walked up on the car belligerently demanding that she didn't and mentioned that the teachers have been great and that should be enough reason for her not to do that. As amazing as the teachers are its not enough to not report Susan and Chad. DO NOT enroll your children here its very clear they care more about money and numbers and less about the sweet children that are brought there.

My child has been going here for a year. So far we have not been allowed in the building (Covid), even though I found out that they are required by state to allow parents inside. They are constantly closing due to Covid but still require payment for services not rendered. The owners and other management are very rude and unprofessional. They are terrible with Payment/receipts and will hold your payments cashing multiple checks at a time.

Teachers are excellent but the director and her husband and a lady that works closely with them are very unprofessional and do not know how to talk to parents. They are closed every other 2 weeks with Covid so I don’t understand how they expect parents to keep their jobs when they are not reliable. My child had a allergic reaction 3 times all because of miscommunications between staff. If you are looking at this daycare I would not recommend you put your child here.
