This place is a JOKE!Reidsville location hours are not what the sign says on the door. Close this place! They don't deserve this one star. I go the following week & late opening & when I go in there the lady has her food & bag just laying there I mentioned to her about Saturday I came multiple times , you was closed,no response at all. Never ever answers the phone so I had to waste trips up there. This puts a bad taste for boost carriers!!!

I went 4 times in 1 month because my cell phone was acting up and they never had phones in to buy except a 500$phone.I finally had to go to Walmart to buy a Boost phone and go back to Boost and pay them to activate my phone and alot of my stuff didn't transfer to my new phone. The girl working that day was very nice.

Boost was eager to take my money, claiming they used Verizon towers. They don't so I couldn't get service in Caswell County. That aside, I never got a minute's worth of service anywhere. Speaking with their support line, their attitude was "we really don't care because we got your money and gave you no service. You're just out the bucks."Never again. Avoid.

My son's phone has been without service for over a week now. Tried signing into Boost, was redirected to a site that doesn't work. Called into a local store that couldn't help (the rep was nice) because they don't honestly have a clue. Do I need to switch back to Straight Talk???

Boost mobile sucksIn store has NO PHONES worth anythingStaff are not friendlyCharges $10 per simOnly gives you a 2 day extension 2x for the whole time I have service with them. That’s dumb. How about resettting that once a year. It’s only 4 days in total. Been with them almost 5yrs nowLeaving asap to T-Mobile.
