Completely disgusted with the family that owns Rakestraw Insurance Center in Rockingham County. If they handle their insurance business the same way that they handled their personal business with us I am sincerely glad we aren't customers. Underhanded, deceptive and cowardly are three of the nicer words I have for them right now. They did nothing illegal, but certainly played in a gray area of being extremely unethical.
