“This place is AWESOME !!! My car broke down passing through on a road trip with my 3 kids .. on a Friday about 5:30pm
I had no idea what to do … I needed a new alternator - luckily they were recommended to me by the local auto zone- they fixed my car and had us back on the road in no time !! Thanks to them my family just experienced a slight delay vs a disaster - without then we wouldn’t have been able to take our trip and I probably would have had to wait until Monday for another shop to open so I would have missed work and the kids would have had to miss school - THEY SAVED THE DAY

“I needed to have a steering sensor installed and calibrated on my vehicle. There were NO other car repair shops in Eden or Reidsville, besides Tri-city dealership in Eden, who had the specialty computer equipment to diagnose and calibrate this sensor. (Tri-city dealership in Eden was not an option, due to their incompetence and overpricing.)
Therefore, I called Auto Tech of Reidsville Inc. My first impression, the phone was promptly answered. The guy was informative and polite, answered my questions, and set an appointment with a “ high estimate” of service, which I always request, without a delay. The work was completed in one day, there was a minor issue, which I was immediately notified and throughly explained. The parking lot, office and all noticeable areas were “outstandingly clean”. There were no abundance of working or non working cars stacked up on the premises either. The mechanic was professional dressed, neat and clean. (Not covered in grease). There were no questionable shop fees on my reasonably priced invoice either. Auto Tech of Reidsville Inc. is who I Highly recommended for a qualified professionally serviced vehicle.

“It took longer than they first said. I was a little iffy about the gap between the back bumper and the trunk liner. It took a day for the trunk lever and fob button to work. Didn't get to personal, but was nice and kept in touch. Job looks real good.”

“My engine was making a clicking noise, and another mechanic had told me that I needed a new engine. I was skeptical, so I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion with Smith because people I trust told me that they were honest and competent.
Sure enough, all I needed was a new harmonic balancer - or crankshaft pulley.
They replaced it for me and I was able to pick it up the next day.
My car runs great now, no more engine clicking, and I could not be happier.

“It was late evening (after hours) when my car broke down. i was calling around in search of A place to tow my car and possibly diagnose the problem. This guy was the only one who would help me. After picking me up and looking over my car on the side of the road, He had my car towed to his garage. He diagnosed and repaired my problem within just A couple of hours of me making the call to him for help. I later checked by phone with other garages to compair their price on the same job that this guy did for me. I was amazed to find that this guy did the repair for more than $200 less than others wanted without the towing. And with all of this being done after hours. THANKS AGAIN!!!! Simply A great guy.....”
