I left messages for over a week about an oven element. Never heard back. I knew it would have to be ordered. I messaged them today to ask for confirmation that it was ordered. Chris answered today in a way I considered to be rude. He said also they don’t order without payment. I told him I would be glad to pay. He then said call after first of the year. Taking my business elsewhere. Apparently they don’t need business

Very courteous and accommodating. Charged a service call and the part. Didn't try to tack on additional service charges which I appreciated.

This company was fantastic. He was accommodating to my schedule and offered to call me 30 minutes ahead of time so he would not tie my day up. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced and did a great job. Very pleased.

Absolutely horrible! Very unprofessional. Diagnosed equipment and said he would let me know about part. Told him I needed to think about it and would call back but got no answer. Left messages and called different days but still no answer. Refused to return call. Had someone else try to call while I was busy and their call was answered, but not mine. He then proceeded to curse at the person and told them that "no matter what I find or don't find wrong I'm still getting paid $80". Go to anyone else and save yourself the money and frustration!

I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's, and this company was to call me to install it. They waited six days to call me and when I set up a time to deliver they never showed up. So I cancelled the order and went to someone else. They are not professional and were rude to me on the phone.
