I dont think I can say enough good about this company and the owner. She is truly one of the best people you will ever deal with. My son started attending the University of Pembroke this fall semester and our home is about 3 hours away. He called me on a Saturday in a panic because his laptop stopped working and he had a test on Monday. I called Walmart to see if I could just send him over there to get one and they were totally out of lap tops. I then looked on line to see if I could see a computer repair service in the area. The best decision I have ever made was to cal the Affordable Geek Computer Service. I called earlier than their hours were listed on the site in hopes to leave a message. The owner called me back a good hour before they even opened and ask me if she could help me. I apologized for calling so early and she said for me to have my son bring the computer to her and she would look at it that day... My son took the computer to her and because he had been using the laptop on his bed which he should not have... he unfortunately had messed up the hard drive and she could not with out a new hard drive get him up and going. She knew he had a test on Monday so she took a computer she had there and downloaded windows 10 in that computer and got my son up and going so he could prepare for his test.. Most companies would not of done that... But she went above and beyond what a business would do... I STRONGLY suggest if you need any computer repairs this is the person you want to call... She is honest... and truly cares about everyone that is going to her business... Being a mom and being 3 hours away feeling helpless at that moment to help my son ... she stepped in and helped him not like a business but like family.. and that means a lot to me.... I want to Thank her again for being the special person she is and running such an awesome business....Pamela Bodnar

I brought in my laptop because i was having issues with the screen not turning on even though the laptop. The owners gave me an understandable run down of possible problems and the fixes they tried to get the laptop working again. They returned my laptop fixed and in a very quick manor. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone.

Took my less than a month old iPhone 7plus to this establishment to replace a cracked screen. He replaces the screen, I pick up the phone and leave. When I receive my first phone call I can't hear anything, the only way I can talk on the phone is by placing it on speaker or head phones. I take the phone back and he says the speaker must have broken, he offers to fix the speaker at no extra charge and that it should arrive in 2 days. 5 days later it arrives. He takes phone, and I get a call later it is ready, and when i arrive to pick it up, it takes 2 minuets to start up and when it does my home button doesn't work. He takes the phone again and tells me an hour it should be fixed. I wait an hour and call. No answer, we drive to the place, he's gone and all that is left is a not saying he is on a maintenance call. I am forced to leave and be without the only way for my kids to communicate with me without being able to offer an alternate. The next morning we call 5 times before 9 A.M. no answer. We drive there and he's there and says I must have left my "fingerprints" on the home button doesn't work and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. He activated the virtual button but acted like it was something that happened on its own. He flat out lied, the only thing he told me to undo my passcode when I dropped the phone off, which I did. You can't "turn off" your fingerprints. He refunds my money but my phone is useless. Speaker doesn't work so I can't hear my phone ring or vibrate. Can't hear an alarm oh and my front facing camera doesn't work. They are not accredited with the BBB so I couldn't even file a complaint!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Their name speaks for itself. It was a quick service and very affordable. When I went to pick up my computer, they placed it on for me to make sure that it was working properly. No other computer geeks have ever done this for me in the pass. These guy's are the Best! They come highly recommended by me.

Erin is the absolute best !! Her price was better than three other computer shops that I had quoted and she had both laptops finished in two days !!!with all the work she did I expected at least a week or two! Not Erin ! She's fast, efficient and DEFINITELY affordable !! Make her your first call for computer repairs !!

I took my phone in at 15minutes until closing because I had locked myself out. The young red haired lady stayed for quite some time to help me. In an hour my phone was back on and popping. She was a great help and I can't thank her enough. Now I see why my parents take their business to her.
