Went in for an oil change because my usual guy was closed today. Service time was about 30 mins and it was only $45 but when I got back in my car, it smelled like marijuana. That’s a big No No for me. I will not be returning!

This place is not a great place. They have terrible customer service. Went in 4 times and each time it has been a hassle. I just wanted alignment each time. They make appointments and I go there to be told their guy has taken off. Each time I get an excuse as to why they can't do alignments to my vehicles. Not recommended

Went in for a brake pad and rotor change since mine were worn and squeaking bad. Brought my own, and I didn’t skimp on the quality of the pads and slotted rotors. Thought the price they charged was decent for it, though the work turned out to be sloppy. No more than 1,000 miles later, the squeak returns. Not just a squeak, but I heard a scraping sound with every wheel rotation. Almost like the parts were put on with pneumatic tools and overtightened. Brakes are supposed to be torqued to a specific tightness depending on the vehicle, this was clearly not put into consideration during this job. I was a repeat customer as I would get my annual inspections done there, but you’ve lost me as a customer because of this.I do have to thank you for pushing me to the point where I have learned to work on my own vehicle, so I don’t fall victim to the rushed sloppy repairs that scream ‘shortcuts were taken’. Save your money and learn to repair your own vehicles people, it’s very simple and videos for anything you need are on YouTube. Oil changes are probably the most simple thing to do, and should not be ‘Real Quick’. Let the oil drip out for 24 hours, no mechanic will do that for you properly.

Yall don't come here if you're coughing or even cough one time they need to shut it down if they so worried about a person coughing because of their Gastro ritus an stomach being upset.. they need to have lysol to spray If they that worried an turn a person away because of it.. thank goodness they won't get my service from now

I've been a consistent customer for 15 years and have had all sorts of work done by Real Quick, from transmission rebuild to routine maintenance on five vehicles. They replaced just about every part on my old pickup truck and were able to troubleshoot some difficult problems. I particularly enjoyed working with Allen when he was running the front office. When I started there Andy was the owner, and was good if not taciturn and hands-off. Chad owns the place now and does a good job and is much more involved in the everyday running of the business. That being said, they are much more limited in what they could do than in years past. For example, they no longer do transmission repairs whereas before they outsourced that rebuilt to a local shop at a very reasonable rate (it cost me $2,000 to rebuild the transmission in my Silverado). They don't do electrical work where I'd had that sort of work done there in the 2000's through the late 2010's. One thing I like is that they are pretty efficient with oil changes, inspections and tire work, and they work on a first come, first serve basis. Usually they can fit you in.Services: Tires

I stopped by this place to ensure they could do an oil change on my Audi A4. The lady at the front never asked car specs, although it was parked out front, she just ensured me it could be done. Had to get my son from the bus stop(in Rennert). Upon returning, with gas @$4.87/gal, She then tells me they cannot do the oil change on my car type. Also, I had my own oil and filter so this should not have been an issue.Service: Oil change

I take my vehicles to get routine services and have always had a good experience. The guys who do work on the cars do great and the guy working the front desk is really nice. I haven’t had to get any major work done here so I can’t speak for that but as far as routine maintenance goes I won’t go anywhere else!

The BEST service I have ever had in my life... Took my car to 2 different shops & they couldn't tell me what was wrong & paid OVER $500.. Real Quick had my car fixed in 4 hours & brought it to me at work .. I will never take my car anywhere else ... y'all are the real MVP's 👌

This place will charge for work they didn't complete,they didn't change oil which resulted in engine locking up in my vehicle!
