If you are looking for a used car there is no better place to buy. The only problem is that everyone wants to buy a car there but if have a little patience he will find you the car you want at a price no other used car dealer can match

I gave this place a 5 star rating now I'm changing it to a 1 simply because the burgundy 2013 Kia optima that I purchase from didn't last but only 6 months. when he sold it to me he knew something was wrong with it so it was fixed just enough to get me going. Then it broke down on me. I told James the owner what happen. They had it picked up he called me and said it was the engine. Now when I purchased the car he said all the recalls was fixed on the car.i didn't know if i was going to get my car back so i didn't make my car payments. He told me to bring I'm $650 and I had ten days and I had till basically till they close Friday February 9 and he wasn't going to put it on the back of my bill which I asked if he could do.. He also told me that they fix the motor for free. They put in a new one. I went up there on Friday the 9th with what he told me to bring he added repossession fee how can you add a repossession fee if the car broke down and you had it all this time and you told me to bring $650 dollars to get it back. Then you get nasty with me when all I stated was what you told me. This man will tell you one thing and turn around its something else. He will tell you he will work with you....he will till a certain point. I see what the person said about getting extra money from you in the review on this page. I always go by the review and this is the one time I didn't.

These people are really bad, they stole my 1400 to repair their new building, and then wanna ask for more money 7mths later ...James baker and his wife are rip off.....they have salvage cars...don't deal with them in red springs they will get u
