Staff is like family and everyone is incredibly awesome. Worked very hard to get you the best deal they work, especially hard on reestablishing your credit, and because of the service and the reliability of the family staff I would never go anywhere else I would even pay them a little bit more because service and friendships mean more to me than just money but their value is incredible.I read some complaints on here. You don't pop a tire from a bad alignment. The Freon machine doesn't break in the supply chain issues are a problem it's not their fault so despite some of the negative reviews that you've seen on here is a bunch of BS a bunch of arrogant entitled Self-righteous customers that think they know everything they need to stop and think and communicate with everyone and they'll find out that it wasn't their fault

My son bought a car from them in July 2022. We were told it had new tires on it and they would fix the AC and give it an alignment before he would take possession of the car. He just popped a tire (October) and a mechanic told him it's because of the alignment that was done. When he took it to the dealership to have it fixed they told him it wasn't their fault. We also found out that the tires ARE NOT new as we were told they were. This was another lie that we were told. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!

Bad customer service. I called to get an appointment they gave me a date. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. They said i would get a call for a quote. It's been 3 days and nothing so i decided to go in person i had to wait an hour for a quote! She said i would get a call when it's ready. 4 days later nothing, went back to the office she said the freon machine broke down or had to be refilled (can't remember). Took a total of 10 days for my vehicle to be ready!

I have purchased many cars over the years, and I am accustomed to hard-selling salespeople, questionable tactics, pressure, etc - I am very pleased to say that I experienced none of that with my recent purchase at Carlson Chevrolet. I worked directly with Big John and I was very impressed with John's communication and transparency throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership to others in the buying process. It's very refreshing to work with a dealership that is run like a small local business that cares about its customers - they take the time to get to know you and they treat you well. Thanks John!

Staff can be slow and didn't follow up. They were suppose to find out the day we purchased the vehicle how to apply for our reward points. We never heard back from anyone. When I went to get the oil changed a few months later I asked about it again. Needless to say this dealership does not participate in the rewards program. The rewards would've been enough to pay for our black decal on the back.

What an AMAZING place to purchase an affordable vehicle. I recently purchased a used 2019 Toyota Tacoma and couldn't be happier. I don't write reviews but after considering the fantastic service I received from Charlie Alexander and the boy's at Baker Chevrolet in Red Springs, I felt I had no choice. No high pressure sales entire staff was so friendly. One of the best car buying experiences i have ever had. They treated me just Like friends & family. I would recommend Baker Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. Thank you Charlie for a wonderful experience.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! everyone here is rude from the get go , stopped by looked at a fairly expensive car that get 50k$ and then got a lot of paper work done got a call back a few days later that everything was set and ready to go , yet when upon arrival the person who attended me was Taylor smith was extremely rude and did not seem welcoming at all ,( you would think spending over $ 50,000 you'd get a little better customer service) and then something else pops up , this place is literally the most unprofessional dealer ship ive ever been to . save your money folks , it ain't even worth it
