Wildly unprofessional to a friend of mine. Said they were willing to negotiate and then instead said “maybe in 2 years. No way” all over text message. So unprofessional
Edit because I can’t respond: your customer support agent said you did negotiations to then be treated poorly. I’m not sure why a business thinks something like that is funny but highly unprofessional.

I went for a tire rotation, oil change and get my left driver side tire checked because of it saying low tire pressure. The same tire is showing the same low pressure on dash , I don't think that my tires were even rotated or else it would be telling me it's a different tire now.

I bought 2017 Toyota Tacoma truck 3 months ago from them and had an issue with the head on the motor it had a leak, it was a fuel to air ratio imbalance making my engine light come on, but the shop kept telling me otherwise. Yes I did leave a very long one bad review, but I've deleted that one, because Mr. John Carlson was nice enough to help me out to get it fixed. So I got it back from them a week ago and usually it would take 2 days before check engine light would come back on and it has not came on so it has been fixed yay. So I just wanted to say thank you so very much John Carlson. I really do appreciate it. If nobody else will help you out John Carlson will definitely do what you can to help you out.
