We have banked with Woodforest for years. Their staff is always friendly and accommodating. Portia in particular, I cannot say enough about. She is FANTASTIC!!!! She has taken care of me for years with top notch customer service and then has done the same for my two adult children that bank there as well. Your always in good hands with Woodforest. I would highly recommend them.

I’d give 87 stars if I could. This branch not only makes banking super easy but also makes it fun. There is always a warm, welcoming environment making potential wait times fly by in a snap ! I trust Portia with everything when it comes to helping me understand how stuff works with my business account and Shannon keeps me laughing.

They have been very friendly and nice people and if I ever have a problem with my account they are there to help me. I would tell everybody that they need to bank at Woodforest in Randleman because you can’t find not people more friendly then them and help them there at that bank.
