“This was the first time that I have been into a Cato’s store in over 10 years. The staff “Hadie” was awesome! I apologize if the name is spelled incorrectly. However, I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service that she provided to me and everyone else that walked in while I was there. I needed dress clothes for a new job, she pointed me to the correct section, explained that if I found something that I liked but they didn’t have it in stock that they could order it on line for me. It was nice to visit a company where the staff was happy to help me and offer suggestions.”
