First and last time using them. Thought I’d save time since they were conveniently located next to the urgent care and not a single car was in their parking lot. My first mistake was not turning around and walking out after I was greeted by Gomer Pyle who definitely wanted me to be aware he had a gun in his holster. ? I was the only one in the store yet I still waited 45 minutes for an eye drop an antibiotic. Maybe the pharmacist(s) was/were too distracted by the toddler running around behind the counter, one teen employee slamming doors and laughing loudly on her phone, blondie working the register taking selfies and all the other chit chatting going on among themselves. Professionalism is certainly something that they’re lacking.Update: No need to address me, you clearly know who I am since I stated what scripts I had filled. What you need to do is recheck your cameras, I know exactly the time I handed those scripts over to be filled since I immediately messaged the person they were being filled for, which was 4:06 pm. I then sat on your couches for a bit, walked out to my car, then came back in. I understand your frustration with my review of your business, my sharing my experience with the community, the need for your rebuttal and your need to change the narrative. Either way, I have no interest in ever returning.

You know I made a review not long ago. It was wonderful about them helping me in my meditation price situation. But, today exactly I had severe issues with them. The pharmacist today was extremely rude to me with a snotty smirky attitude. I fired back at her & told her that I didn’t appreciate her attitude & tone. I know she was busy with someone else. The lines were all backed up when I walked in the store & they only had 1 person working at the register. I finally had enough & I had to go to work 5 minutes at the time when I came in there. I am proud to no longer get my medications from this pharmacy. They never get anything right on ordering medications on time & every single time I go here to get 1 prescription they fill ALL of them at 1 time even when the doctor doesn’t order more. The lady that was rude to me today was a brownish blackish haired lady that is usually there often. I didn’t appreciate her tone at all. What they need to understand is good customer service skills & I am a cashier as well & I know what good customer service skills are & what’s not. This was TOTALLY unprofessional to the extent. Will no longer even come here to shop in their other things they sell either

Called today for a medicine that no one had available but Randleman drug and they told me they were holding unfilled prescriptions for customers. Last time I checked when you have a prescription filled somewhere it made you a PAYING CUSTOMER. F@#$ this place don't ever send your family or Healthcare needs here. Awful customer service and care. 12/23/2022 .

As I left the White Oak urgent care, I saw this gem over to my left and decided to go there to fill my prescriptions. As I hand the owner my scripts I tell him that I'm self pay ( just in between jobs) and he tells me not to worry and that he will take care of me. 7 minutes later he hands me my meds and then says to me... it's free...Merry Christmas. My point here is not that you should go here to get free prescriptions, my point is that this is why we need to support middle American businesses and not the big corporations that no longer understand good customer service. Kudos to this establishment because as I'm sitting there, he handed 2 people some OTC drugs and didn't charge them either. I'll never forget this because I really needed the help.

They didn’t even fill my prescription because I don’t usually go there. So it wasn’t ready. Then they tel me they don’t have one of the Rx so I ask them to send to CVS (who is just as bad) I get there & Randleman Drug had only faxed two of the three prescriptions. Now I remember why I stopped going to them a few years ago.

After my prescriptions had been ready for two weeks, when I go to pick them up I only receive one, in which both ate ready, causing me to take time out of my 10 hr work day to go and pick up what they forgot. This is probably the 5th time in 2 years this has happened to me

I get my husband's blood pressure medicine here and it seems like every time I try to get it refilled I wait 2 days and have to call them and I am told that the doctor's office hasn't sent the refill order yet. When I call the doctor's office they haven't received any fax from pharmacy. Seems like they are dropping the ball a lot here lately. ?

Husband is not going back to CVS after the wonderful experience here, no waiting for your med's and always have them in stock and the whole thing is they want you to be happy with them and they will go out of the way to see you happy ?

Experience seems to be hit or miss. They are Not on top of their stuff and things have fallen thru the cracks. Not great!
