Good vet, we went there for basics and were typically able to book appointments in a timely manner. The care was affordable and reasonable. My only complaint is that they take your pet to the back to do vaccines, blood draws, etc. I prefer to stay with my pet during these procedures, so just something to be aware of if this is important to you.

We were long time clients but lost faith after the oldest Vet. retired. A misread x-ray led to the loss of a litter of puppies (despite all the visual signs) and a complete spay of our female. During a routine appointment we waited in the examining room for over an hour before being informed that there was an emergency and was asked to reschedule. I was obviously perturbed by this. The office manager called the next day and left a message.I returned the call the next day and left a message, but never heard back. The Doctors and staff were always very friendly and cared about our animals. Waiting rooms were never crowded, clean and we usually were shown to an exam room quickly. DW White

This was my vet for over 16 years. Last year, when I needed them most, they failed me. They were unavailable to put my 16 year old girl down. I couldn't wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I called another local vet, and even though my dog was not their patient and had never been seen there and they were fully booked too....they saw us and put my girl down and held my hand while they did so! I didn't leave a bad review then, but today they failed our family again. An appointment that was made several days ago for a hurt animal was not honored. my son went in to find employees on their personal phones, too busy to help them and then "claimed" the appointment was for NEXT Satuday!!! Wrong on so many levels!

I’m only leaving one star because I have to!! Today I was there with my dog that we made an appointment for. I was told I was wrong and had the wrong date after I verified with them on the phone 2 times about the date. So because they messed up IM WRONG. Great customer service and crappy attitudes is what to not expect here. My dog was in pain whining in my arms and I said so even if he’s in excruciating pain just ohh well we will see you in 2 weeks!!?? I’d hate to see their “EMERGENCY” Vet!! All my animals have always gone here!! Today they lost everyone I know and can reach out to as well. Please find someone and people that genuinely care about you and your pets.

Dr. Highley & Her assistant Meghan are soft spoken and kindhearted. They handle parents with a gentle hand while treating their most treasured pets. Explanations for positive results are always given in detail.
