This park is the best maintained in the area. Office is always super helpful, as well as the grounds crew. Quiet and friendly community. I love it here.

Pet friendly, quite neighborhood. It is starting to get a little crowded and the lot rent went up $15 dollars more for a single wide its $315.00 a month now. They put in gates but the ones going out get vandalized and the one coming in is always open so I do not see the point of having them. Plus people keep going out the way you're supposed to come in and its one way.

We have lived here for a little over a month. We love it. It is well managed. The workers are friendly and do a great job. It is quiet and peaceful. Every single time we tell anyone where we live the person will say they know the owner and that they do a great job. I think that speaks for itself when you hear good things and the same good things over and over. The neighbors and people we have saw that live here are friendly and respectful of one another. We are super thankful to have found this place and are happy to be able to raise our kids in a safe environment. Thank You North Meadows!
