“Very friendly staff. Very convenient. I do feel the employees could be a little better trained on some of the test as I have gone a couple of times, and they gave me the wrong information on how to collect specimens. It caused some Inconveniences, but the specimen were still able to be used. I do not blame the text because I do not expect them to know every single test and how they should be collected. They did have to call to get information on how it should be done and that was the information they were given. Other than that, I’ve only had good experiences there, and I will continue to go there. Very sweet ladies.”
