Thought this was the nicest apt I had ever lived in. but has turned out to be more like a communist apt complex. Have NO rights here at all, added new lease addendum that states we cannot smoke In our own apt, and have to be up to 25 ft away from the building. A resident who pays rent should be allowed to smoke or anything else in our apts, as long as it is not illegal.
