I’ve been going here for years. Convenient. T usually does my nails. The last six months I’ve been in and out of the hospital. Hard to make an appointment. I went a few months ago and another lady did my nails. T was mad be because I didn’t make an appointment with her. I had to go when it was convenient for me. They talked about me the who,e time I was there. Went in today and T wouldn’t look at me. They didn’t have anytime to work me in. I moved on to a better nail salon where they don’t talk about you

Took my handicapped son ( walks with a cain and partially paralyzed on left side) to get manicure and pedicure today 9/5/23. He waked in and was told that he would have to make an appointment. That it had been that way since Covid. I knew that was not the truth so I went back and picked him up. I went in without them knowing that I was the mother and asked if I could get a manicure and pedicure. The woman said sure pick your color. I explained that I had just dropped off a man that was handicapped and she nodded her head yes. I told her that she told him it was by appointment only and that she had lied and because he was handicapped she refused him. How would anyone feel about this. What if it had been a teen wanting to learn to do things on their own? What if it was a mother or father? Shame on these people and pity them for their ignorance! Being that obviously they are Asian how do they feel if treated with lack of respect or looked at differently?! Again ALL LIVES MATTER AND ALL PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT, when they are being respectful. I have personally used this nail salon many times but I will never go there again.

Absolutely awful. From the customer service, to the cleanliness, to the nail polish. My nail polish was already stripping when I walked out the door because the lady mixed it with alcohol to stretch the dry polish… Unbelievable! I wasn’t even told how long I was to sit under the nail dryer and was there for 45 minutes… As far as I’m concerned I could have walked out of there without paying and they wouldn’t even have noticed. The highlight was as soon as the lady filled the pedicure bath with water she removed the bag the lines it which is disgusting! Their nail tools also don’t come in disposable packs so I’m sure they just reuse the same instruments from client to client. Will definitely not be back.

Took 2 hours and 20 mins to get nails done. Sat me as soon as I arrived at 1:30pm and I didn’t leave until well after 4:00pm. Staff seemed nice, but keep in mind they were not busy!! Just a lot of getting up and leaving me sitting there waiting. Again staff really nice service very slow.

They always do quality work. My nails are beautiful! I broke one yesterday and went straight over, they took me immediately. She fixed it and it matched perfectly. Thank you so much!!!
