I don’t usually write negative reviews but this deserves attention. I used this business for quite sometime. Over a year ago and maybe even longer I picked my dog up and when we got home she had blood in her feathering. Her chin was raw as well. We thought it would heal but it became an unimaginable nightmare. We took her to the vet and they told us it was razor burn from the beginning. It would get better then worse. It has gone on forever. We have spent over $1500 to finally and hopefully have it cured. The vet did a culture on it and had to put her on yet another antibiotics for a very resistant bacterial strain that is spread between dogs when the clippers aren’t clean. When I told her about it she said they had a new groomer and “she told her to slow down”. She offered no restitution. I struggled with it for awhile but this should have never happened.

Love having a groomer so close. Everyone working here is so good with my dogs! They have the very best dog beds at good prices. They hold up great so bought another this year after the one I got 3 years ago got crowded! Thanks Dawn and Melissa!

Purchased what was supposed to be pure bred shih tzu. Dog was rather large so I had it tested by DNA. It is a shih tzu mix.Seller does not want to make things right. Don't buy from a puppy mill buy from someone reputable

Will definitely bring Daisy back. Petsmart didn't have the gentle approach after they clipped toenails to short. Her anxiety is high n Petz World is Great!!

We took our lab today for multiple services. Staff and prices are very good. Our boy was happy arriving and leaving. I would recommend them for sure!

They groomed both my fur babies. They did a fabulous job!! Jake has another appointment this week but Macey crossed the rainbow ? bridge last Thursday. (Macey is the retriever)
