“I needed to find a home town hardware store, as I had just moved into the area and this was the business that was given. I had to go find wood putty and take a quick look around. I was greeted in a freindly manner and asked if I needed assistance.I told him what I was looking for and what it was for he took me right over to that section. He gave me some advice on which product would be best. Over all this will be a hardware store I will go to as it is close by. Personnel were welcoming, efficient it appears that they have a wide selection of tools and other items you may need.”

“Well, I was greeted soon as I walked in...This guy was as nice, and helpful as he could be...Felt really comfortable...He helped me find what I needed...He outdone himself, the storm door in which I come to purchase, had a nice size scratch on it, and believe it or not, this guy, (mind you, he didn't have to,) he give me a nice little discount...I had all but changed my mind about the purchase...Long story short, the purchase was made...Thank You to the guy that sold me the door...Sorry, I didn't get your name...Thanks...”
