Friendly service, and the staff seems to be really putting a lot of effort into decorating the restaurant and giving it personality and seasonal flair. The only downside of this visit: I realize insect control can be difficult at times, but I counted far too many dead flies laying on the floor and seats in the seating area. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it's a visual a customer just doesn't want to see as his food is being prepared.

I went to burger King today Monday at 1:35pm. While I was their I was their only customer, No one is inside or in the drive thru just me. I went thru the drive thru on my visit. I order my food and proceeded to the window to pay, after paying for my food the guy in the window ask me to pull around and park and they will bring my food out to me. Again, I was their ONLY CUSTOMER. I started to ask the guy why but he closed the window on me while I was talking. So I pulled my truck around and parked like he asked then ended up waiting 10 minutes before my food came out to me. The entire time I sat there no other customers came to Burger King. When my food finally came out it was the same guy that took my money in drive thru. I tried to ask him again why I had to move and again he just walked away. I will never go back to Burger King in Ramseur again. I'll go to McDonald's before I go back there again. FYI I HATE MCDONALD'S FOOD.Just to sum up Burger King food good. Burger King staff in Ramseur, NC SUCKS. BURGER KING PARKING LOT TRASHY.

Somebody please explain this to me I came to the Burger King in ramseur Monday afternoon at 1:35 p.m. there is not another customer in the store or in drive-thru I place my order and the gentleman that took my order told me that I needed to pull around and they will bring my food out to me why do I need to move my vehicle to a parking space when I'm the only customer they have

Almost always you have to drive around and wait for the food. Very rare do you get your food at the window. Other than that it's good.

The manager Will try’s to pick up young females and when confronted he says when he ask them there age he’s wondering if they like a job and the other manager Britney lock the door on customer’s and the general manager of location is no better Burger King needs to rethink who they make managers and have people in charge of the store that can handle business .Staff needs training on customer serviceParking: Staff needs training all staff

The doors were locked on the store you go through drive-through you get treated like crap by the staff the general manager when asked for a corporate office number would not give it and the other manager Britney thanks it’s a big O joke well if it’s a problem with big orders they should not be in customer service. OK if I go in and put $100 order and they should not be sitting there, locking the doors and when you request corporate number it’s not given to you now they’re allowed to sit there and bash customers and stuff. No this is the way the Burger King operates . And corporate needs to know how their stores are being operated so-called managers also talk crap I’ll take my business elsewhere where it’s appreciated and if they don’t know how to unlock dollars let people in how are you guys going to get business and I believe the one manager that was on today he sit there and argue with me one day about my order, so he is not no general manager material.

This BK is our half way point during our monthly trips and it is awful every time. We've stopped here eight or so times and again today. I think we'll be trying the one in Siler City from now on. The service is very slow- from how long it takes them to understand your order and then receiving your food. The manager even argued with man in line before us, he was right by the way! Then she was rude to the girl who appeared to be training on the register while she took our order and told the food handlers to stop changing their gloves so much! We were only stopping here because the bathrooms are clean, but I'll take my chances elsewhere. Trying to get a quick snack is NOT worth the aggravation
